THESIS

Every critical mineral the world needs is already there. We just can't see it yet.

PROBLEM

Everyone talks about AI and chips. Few talk about what they sit on. Copper and critical minerals sit under everything. Demand compounds. Supply does not. Ore grades fall. Discovery takes ~16 years. Drilling stays expensive and hit rates stay low. More capital alone cannot rewrite geology.

Look at the AI stack: applications, models, compute, chips, data centers. Under all of it sits something more fundamental: the ore in the ground and the decisions that find it.

AI runs on energy. Energy runs on metals.

APPROACH

Once a region is known to host mineralization, the goal is to define the ore body with fewer holes, more hits, less time, and less capital. We are building a subsurface world model to answer that.

WHO WE ARE

Geologists and computer scientists from MIT EAPS, CSAIL, and the Media Lab.

WHO WE BUILD WITH

Exploration teams who want every drill hole to count, on time and on budget.

We'll also find time for investors, technical builders, and mining veterans who find this interesting.
